• Payment information — collected and processed by Square, not by us. We receive confirmation of payment and basic order details. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data — IP address, browser, pages viewed, referring site, via standard server logs.

3. What we do with it

• Respond to your inquiry and evaluate program applications
• Deliver the program and communicate with enrolled students
• Process payment through Square
• Meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations
• Send program-related email you have asked for — you can unsubscribe at any time

4. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your contact details, and we do not share them with other coaching programs, lead vendors, or advertisers.

5. Who we share it with

Only service providers who need it to operate the business — payment processing (Square), email and hosting, and professional advisors — and only as required by law or to enforce our agreements.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site uses minimal cookies necessary to function. If analytics are added later this page will be updated to identify the provider. Most browsers let you block cookies in settings.

7. Retention

Inquiry records are kept while a relationship is reasonably contemplated. Student and transaction records are kept for the period required by tax and contract law.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and unsubscribe from marketing email. Email us to make a request.
